Established in 2010, our non-profit organization emerged from a shared vision among a group of passionate individuals who recognized the dire need for support among children living in underserved communities. The founders, deeply moved by their experiences in both Australia and Brazil, aimed to create a transformative impact on the lives of those children who face significant barriers to education and opportunities. The decision to focus on Brazil was influenced by the alarming statistics highlighting the high rates of poverty and limited access to essential resources in the region. Meanwhile, the focus on Australia stemmed from a similar context, where Indigenous children and those from low-income families often struggle to achieve the same educational outcomes as their peers.
